A brave female floorball player among boys
In the youth categories, it is common for girls to play matches together with boys. Even at Nisa there were a lot of teams where some girls played. We liked the player of U13 of the club 1. FBC Karviná Adéla Widtmannová. How does she feel among all boys?

"I've been playing in the boys' category for the third year, but I also have my own girls' team of U13, Torpédo Havířov," Widtmann began the interview. Not every girl can get used to the boys' nature. Adéla has coped with it, although it is not always easy. "Some time ago, the boys didn't trust me much, but gradually we got used to each other and now they pass more to me, so it's okay. In the girls' team it's different and of course better. But with the boys I'm gaining more experience and courage. It's a much harder and faster game, but I'm quite comfortable with it."
Together with Adéla, her father, who is one of the coaches of the team, is also on the bench. "My dad is mainly supportive and always explains my mistakes or praises me, but mainly on one hand he tells me like a coach and on the other hand, like at home, he tells me everything like a father and it's fine." Adéla also has a brother who plays for the older kids, so he takes care of floorball at home as well. However, the boys are gradually catching puberty, so we wondered how the 12-year-old floorball player deals with life in the locker room. "I usually go to the toilets to change, but otherwise the boys are fine," she said.
Her teammates take her in the party, but her opponents don't spare her in the matches at all. "I've gotten used to them not taking any notice of the fact that I'm a girl and going into fights really hard, but I'm working on stability and strengthening my muscles, which my dad helps me a lot," she revealed, adding when asked if she scored a goal in the tournament: "Yes, in the very first game, but unfortunately they didn't put it in the stats, but that doesn't matter..."
