Gaming system
Player roster
Each team must submit an online player roster to the website no later than 23:59 before the first day of the tournament. Only players listed on this roster may start the match. After the start of the tournament, this roster cannot be supplemented or changed, with one exception.
The tournament JURY may approve an additional change to the roster in the event of a player injury.
The change must be made by replacing the injured player, not by adding a new player.
The substitute must meet all the conditions for the player to start, including paying the individual fee. Players who start on an exception will be added to the roster by the organizer based on the approval of the tournament jury.
Player start
• A player can only start for one team during the tournament. This restriction does not apply to younger players, who can start for multiple teams across categories within one club.
• In the event of a check, the team is obliged to present an identity card or other document that clearly identifies the player. The opponent may request a check, but no later than during the break between the first and second parts of the disputed match and after paying the protest fee. In the event of an unauthorized start, the entire matter, including the amount of the penalty, will be dealt with by the JURY.
Exceptions
• Players younger than those specified for a given category may play without restrictions within one club based on an exception granted and if the tournament schedule allows it. However, these players must be marked on both lists in advance.
• All requests for age exceptions must be reported no later than 10.5. via email - vlj@nisaopen.cz. The organizers have 10 days to assess the request and its possible approval or rejection.
• The exception is granted based on the decision of the tournament jury.
Referee
The match is refereed by a referee licensed by the Czech Floorball Association or a partner Floorball Union.
Protest
Any protest must be submitted in writing to the hall manager and addressed to the tournament JURY no later than 15 minutes after the end of the match, including the fee. The fee for submitting a protest is CZK 1,000. If the protest is rejected, the fee is forfeited. The JURY's decision is final.
